Alchemical items, magical weapons and armor, and scrolls that are higher level than you:
These items have a chance to be commissioned if requested. To find a contractor for a high level item – a DC 10 + 5 / level higher than yours check is required to find one, and this can be attempted once per day. If a contractor is found – a 25% premium / level higher than yours is added additional to the regular price.
Ritual learning books that are higher level than you:
Ritual books typically aren’t sold in normal city bazaar settings, but may be commissioned by a knowledgeable source. To locate a knowledgeable source, a DC 10 + 5 / level higher than yours check is required to locate the source. Once located – a contractor will be able to produce a book within 1d6 days worth of extended rests.
Magical accessories and wondrous items
Magical items such as rings, necklaces, gloves, boots, helmets etc. are rare to encounter in a normal city bazaar setting, let along items that you are specifically looking for; therefore, these items will usually only be found while adventuring.
